and I thought to myself, "Self, that is a lovely display of grocery items on your counter. How did such a display come to be?"
This is part of a new game that Britt has started called, "Guess How Much of a Discount I Got Today!"
First she had me guess the retail price of all the items. I was off by $5, but I was under so in Bob Barker's book I'm a winner. Then she had me guess the discount, and I guessed 85% (I knew that she wouldn't play this game unless she got some crazy discount). It was actually 89% (the woman is amazing, I know).
Pretty soon the grocery stores will either have to pay her for shopping there or prohibit her from ever coming back.
And yes, that row of 17 bottles is all salad dressing. We better start growing some lettuce!
I guess round 2 of the game is tonight. I'll let you know how it turns out.

That is an AMAZING amount of salad dressing! But at an 89% discount you can never go wrong :)
uh...excuse me..I ordered the SALAD DRESSING!!! Jeepers thats a lot of dressing! Good job on the 89% discount, does that make the salad dressing at like 30 cents per bottle? Amazing!
